Okay, I didn’t make a “Best Of” gallery for our Hochsauerland trip either and that’s a lot easier to sort out than for Tenerife, so here you are 😎

After these two galleries, it may be a while before I create another, so don’t hold your breath for Tenerife.

(Seriously, it’s more work than you think: sorting them, picking the “best”, resize (plus often rotate) and then upload them 😅)

However, I will eventually make that too.

If It’s Not On Strava, It Happend All The Same

At the end of our “holiday” on Tenerife, I’ve written my usual recap.

Before we went there, I posted on Strava that we were (going there) and that I would let my Strava subscrption expire after we got back.

I’ve cancelled the auro-renewal, put all my activities in “private” mode and am currently contemplating on whether or not to delete my account altogether.

However, I have probably more posts with links to Strava entries – that are no longer working anyway – than I figured beforehand.

Tenerife 2022

We just got back from Tenerife where we enjoyed a sunny beach holiday.

As it turned out, we had the only recently renovated apartment in Parque Santiago iV with airco and the weather forecast was looking great.

So, with nothing left to wish for, we arrived in Los Cristianos on Friday evening and went out to lay in the sun the next morning.

TDF 2022 – Report

Tour de France LogoUnlike during last year’s Tour de France, I’ve not written any post-stage reports this year.

This is partly due to the poor internet connection we had and I needed my phone’s hotspot internet to stream Netflix.

But it’s also because I was just out of energy after each stage because of the murderous heat, not only while cycling but also in the apartment.

Plus, I have not received any requests to “pretty please” write any post on this year’s Tour de France.

As usual, I’ll give you a recap anyway…
